I love finding healthier versions of baked goods. These chocolate chip blondies have less sugar and come out so light and fluffy and they taste amazing!
These blondies are a mixture between a chocolate chip cookie and brownie - each slice is light, fluffy, and delicious! The large chunks of melted dark chocolate are a perfect match for these squares. You can make these vegan blondies by using coconut oil to replace the butter, coconut, or soy yogurt.
The blondies are easy to make and I whipped them up for a quick weeknight dessert. There are so many things we do throughout the day that we forget to take time and enjoy the little things in life. I am often busy at work or cleaning my house or thinking about the next thing to do so I made these blondies to enjoy some sugary goodness for myself and forget about all the other things that I have to do for just a moment.
